1. Definitions

1.1. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “the Rental Company” refer to the Property Rental Company based in Javea, Costa Blanca. “You” and “the Tenant” refer to the person or entity using our services and our website.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1. You can make reservations through our user-friendly website, by e-mail, by telephone or in person.

2.2. A reservation becomes final after we have received the required deposit or payment, as set out in the payment terms on our website.

2.3. The minimum age for reservation and booking is 25 years.

3. Payments

3.1. We accept payments via the payment methods indicated on our website.

3.2. The full rental price and any additional charges must be paid in full before the start of the rental period.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1. Cancellations must be notified in writing via e-mail.

4.2. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

– Cancellation more than 30 days before the rental period: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
– Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period: no refund of the deposit.

4.3. We reserve the right to make changes to the reservation, such as accommodation changes, if necessary. We will notify you of such changes in a timely manner.

5. Responsibilities of the Renter

5.1. You must comply with the house rules of the accommodation and leave it in good condition on departure.

5.2. You are liable for damage to the accommodation or inventory resulting from negligence or intentional acts.

5.3. You must use the facilities with care and comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or theft of your property during your stay.

6.2. We are not responsible for nuisance caused by external factors, such as construction work in the area.

7. Disputes

7.1. The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably.

7.2. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Rental Company is established.

8. Applicable law

8.1. These General Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
