Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental price will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it before the end of the rental period, there will be no refund.
If you cannot travel to Spain because of the corona virus, you will be entitled to a full refund.
This applies when Spain closes its borders to tourists.

The main booker must be at least 25 years old.
