• If canceled more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental amount will be charged.
• If canceled less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.
• If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be given.
